We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management, particularly in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of CAFM, BMS, and working in a facilities role.

  • Key responsibilities include managing post room operations, courier services, door access systems, and ordering supplies.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing with contractors, reporting faults, and coordinating with the building landlord's security and loading bay teams.
  • Some lifting of boxes may be required, although the day cleaner will handle most of this.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £16 and is located near Chancery Lane station.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management
  • Hard services background
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent computer and IT skills, including knowledge of CAFM systems
