Job Description

Andersen James Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contract Lead to join our team in the Cambridgeshire area. As a Contract Lead, you will play a crucial role in the effective and efficient delivery of our company's repairs, maintenance, and capital component upgrade works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all contract terms are met, review performance, and provide reports, measuring against agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare contract documentation and specifications, monitor contractual obligations, and assess potential claims.
  • Oversee and control repairs, maintenance, and capital programmes and budgets, including on-site monitoring.
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitor costs, and prepare reports, statistical information, estimates, and tender prices.
  • Inspect work in progress and post-completion by contractors, ensuring quality, satisfaction, safety, and compliance are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a similar environment, whether that be in a clerk of works, trades supervisor, contract management, surveyor type of role.
  • Good experience of managing external subcontractors.
  • Good Health and Safety awareness.
  • Ideally hold a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in a relevant field.
