Property Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
  • Conducting mid-term inspections and ensuring property compliance.
  • Organising and conducting check-outs and inventories.
  • Coordinating with contractors, obtaining quotations, and managing works orders and invoices.
  • Ensuring property compliance, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
  • Resolving deposit disputes and tenancy issues.
  • Organising tenancy paperwork and supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
  • Providing general property management support.

Property Manager - Requirements

  • Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software.
