You will engage regularly with Managers at various levels, focusing on establishing strong and credible relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include delivering all HR activities consistently, reflecting best practices, and effectively managing HR-related risks to promote positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings and book venues, providing support with note-taking
- Attend HR and operational meetings as necessary
- Advocate for equality and diversity as part of the organizational culture
- Undertake additional duties as required by the Head of HR, including covering for colleagues
Essential Skills:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to exercise judgment in seeking assistance and guidance
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality in handling HR/ER and training matters
- Knowledge of HR legislation and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Must possess a full, current driving license and have access to a vehicle
