We are seeking an experienced Operations Resilience Manager to join our team at Levrara Consulting Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and embedding an operational resilience framework that ensures business continuity and mitigates risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Resilience Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive operational resilience framework that addresses people, process, technology, and third-party risks.
- Manage Business Continuity: Oversee the development and implementation of business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our operations in the event of an incident or crisis.
- Resilience Management: Lead the day-to-day management of activities related to operational resilience, including risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to ensure alignment and effective communication of operational resilience initiatives.
- Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
