Your Mission

The Relationship Manager is tasked with overseeing a portfolio of e-commerce enterprises, focusing on nurturing and enhancing robust customer relationships. In this pivotal role, the Relationship Manager serves as Nuvei's representative to some of our most significant clients. The primary objectives include acting as a payment consultant for existing, new, and evolving payment methods while ensuring consistent and reliable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relationship management or account management role, ideally within enterprise software or technology-related sectors.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • A genuine curiosity to learn about our industry and our clients.
  • Proficient in data analysis and capable of effectively communicating insights to make informed product recommendations.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Experience in the payments industry, particularly with Tier 1 partners, is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for the businesses in your portfolio, fostering strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Utilize your knowledge of customers, our offerings, and the industry to proactively present recommendations that drive growth.
  • Leverage transactional data to provide valuable insights to clients on enhancing performance across their operations.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product teams to influence new product developments based on customer feedback.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand business within your customer portfolio.
  • Act as a central point of coordination among various internal functions.
  • Travel to meet clients as necessary.
