Lettings Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join our successful Wembley team at haart Estate Agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our lettings operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and driving repeat business.
- Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process.
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch, driving business growth and improvement.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Basic IT skills, with the ability to use technology to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Competitive on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year.
- £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
- £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment, whilst building the pipeline.
- Uncapped commission.
- BMW 1 Series company car.
- Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course, earning a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA).
