Office Administrator
We are excited to present an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a reputable organization in a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to various administrative functions across departments.


The successful candidate will possess a robust background in administration, complemented by experience in customer service, particularly in front-of-house roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Address straightforward inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
  • Manage and route written correspondence
  • Assist with outgoing mail and documentation
  • Perform document scanning and filing tasks
  • Oversee company email accounts
  • Log and process incoming card payments
  • Support annual pitch fee evaluations
  • Assist with quarterly utility billing
  • Maintain resident data and information within the company CRM system
  • Undertake other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Attributes & Experience:
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous

Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm (with a half-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays

Salary Range: £25,000 - £27,500
