We are excited to present an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a reputable organization in a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to various administrative functions across departments.
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in administration, complemented by experience in customer service, particularly in front-of-house roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Address straightforward inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
- Manage and route written correspondence
- Assist with outgoing mail and documentation
- Perform document scanning and filing tasks
- Oversee company email accounts
- Log and process incoming card payments
- Support annual pitch fee evaluations
- Assist with quarterly utility billing
- Maintain resident data and information within the company CRM system
- Undertake other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Attributes & Experience:
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm (with a half-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays
Salary Range: £25,000 - £27,500
