About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Night Carer. As a Night Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents, providing personal care, companionship, and support during the night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily routines and personal care needs
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their mental and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the care home and the delivery of high-quality care
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
