About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Night Carer. As a Night Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents, providing personal care, companionship, and support during the night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with their daily routines, such as medication administration and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
