About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Night Care Assistant to join our team. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. You will be responsible for providing personal care, supporting daily routines, and providing companionship to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with daily routines and activities
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
