About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Night Carer. As a Night Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents, providing personal care, companionship and support throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily routines and personal care
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth delivery of care services
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm and welcoming environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents

If you have experience in care, that's great, but if not, we will provide all the training you need to start your care journey with us. What's more important to us is that you're good at communicating with people, you enjoy working as part of a team, and you'll want to excel at your job every day.
