This position is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) and Radio Broadcasting terrestrial networks. Responsibilities include managing incidents, implementing change management strategies, and facilitating customer communications while directly supervising a team of Network Operators and Coordinators.

Location : Full-time on-site role.

Total Compensation Package includes:

  • Salary: Up to 55k
  • 20% shift allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that team resources are adequately allocated to meet customer Service Level Agreements. Provide both technical and operational guidance to support projects and routine activities. Responsible for both direct and indirect management of team members.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting of actions taken, ensuring they are shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that testing and measurement activities are conducted within the team to meet regulatory, industry, and customer standards.
  • Develop work instructions and other training materials to support service delivery, operational efficiency, and technical execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational performance, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage staffing schedules effectively to ensure adequate coverage, including monitoring and approving staff leave and overtime as necessary. Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings as required.
  • Review and provide feedback on all changes impacting terrestrial broadcast services.
  • Act in the capacity of Broadcast Operations Manager as needed, including attending both internal and external customer meetings.
  • Foster a strong Safety, Health, and Environment culture to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated management experience in an operational team or a similar leadership role.
  • Background in broadcast or transmission operations.
