Warehouse Operations Manager

The British Heart Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key objectives and ensuring the store drives stock in and out to generate sales.
Our Warehouse Supervisors work in a fast-paced environment, reacting to changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe and productive working environment. Each day is different, with a varied and hands-on role that requires strong organisational and leadership skills.
We are looking for an experienced warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry. You will be motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team, with a strong ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
- Managing stock levels, inventory, and stockroom operations
- Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all staff
- Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
