Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive stock in and out of the store, generating sales and maximizing revenue.
- React quickly and positively to fast-changing situations, ensuring the store remains operational and efficient.
- Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance store performance.
- Proven experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-driven and resilient, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding targets.
