Job Title: Vice President- Compliance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Vice President to lead our Compliance team in London. As a key member of our Technology Investment Banking team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and risk management in our deal execution and advisory efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare comprehensive marketing materials for M&A transactions
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess company valuations and evaluate strategic alternatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate due diligence processes, including legal, accounting, and regulatory reviews
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate executives, private equity firms, and other financial sponsors

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• ~5-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields with a focus on the TMT sector
• ~ Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
• ~ Excellent analytical abilities with a demonstrated understanding of financial concepts and valuation methodologies
• ~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines
