Job Title: Building Security Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team in Canterbury and surrounding areas. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and their premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Interacting with Staff and Visitors: Greet staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Security Protocols and Incident Management: Ensure that all security protocols are followed, and respond to any security incidents in a calm and professional manner.
- Patrolling and Surveillance: Patrol the premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of staff and visitors.
- De-escalation and Conflict Resolution: De-escalate situations and resolve conflicts in a firm but respectful manner, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and visitors.
Requirements:
- SIA Licence: SIA licence preferable but training can be provided for the right person.
- Valid Driving Licence and Vehicle: Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
