About the Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a public body organization in Sheffield to find a talented Learning and Development Advisor for a 10-month fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering training across the organization, both in-person and virtually. This will involve:

  • Developing, delivering, and regularly reviewing the induction process
  • Supporting the wider HR team and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Researching and sourcing external training providers using the managed learning framework
  • Designing, delivering, and facilitating workshop materials as required
  • Delivering training sessions on soft skills
  • Supporting the HR and Talent team with recruitment activities
Requirements
