About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for students aged 7 to 18 who face various social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Salary: £19,233.75 per annum (This salary is the full amount before tax and is not subject to pro-rata)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8:30-4:00), Wednesday (8:30-4:30), and Friday (8:30-3:30)
  • Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

As an Educational Support Specialist, you will work closely with our students, helping them navigate their educational journeys. Your role will involve preparing learning materials, facilitating classroom activities, and addressing the emotional and physical needs of each student.

By supporting students with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs, you will play a crucial role in their development and success. Our experienced teams will provide you with the guidance and support necessary to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths are required.
