About the Role:
Dunbar Education is pleased to announce an opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 SEN Support Specialist to join a well-respected specialist educational institution. This full-time role involves working within a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to reach their maximum potential.
2. Implement and adhere to individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed by the class teacher and SEN Coordinator.
3. Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
4. Assist in classroom activities, ensuring that students remain engaged and receive the necessary support.
5. Work alongside teaching staff, therapists, and families to track and assess student progress.
6. Aid in the design and execution of engaging and tailored learning experiences.

Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
- Prior experience working with children with special educational needs.
