Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and young adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you possess experience in supporting SEN individuals and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and assistance? If so, we encourage you to consider joining our devoted team as a Residential Support Specialist.


We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated professional to work in a residential SEN environment, assisting children and young adults aged 6-19.

  • Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia)
  • Speech and Language Challenges
  • Experience in supporting SEN individuals
  • Willingness to work weekends as part of a scheduled rota
  • Must have or be prepared to obtain a Child and Adult DBS
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Relevant qualifications in SEN or a related discipline
