Senior Residential Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in our care.

About the Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading teams and conducting staff supervisions, assisting in daily operations, and supporting management decisions. You will also be responsible for budget management, advocacy for young people, and key working to implement care plans in accordance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams and conduct staff supervisions
  • Assist in daily operations and support management decisions
  • Manage budgets and advocate for young people
  • Implement care plans and complete reports as required
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in residential childcare, ideally with 1 year of experience in a similar role. You must have a valid UK driving license and the right to work in the UK. A NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care or a similar field is also required.
