Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at our residential service in Burton-on-Trent. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to gain independence in their daily lives
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues
  • Support with supervision, ordering medication, and managing finances

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
