Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team at Additional Resources. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support to children and young people, helping them to achieve positive outcomes and develop independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children in their daily lives, including personal care, cooking, and engaging in activities.
  • Maintain the home environment through general house duties and health & safety checks.
  • Manage budgets and advocate for young people.
  • Key working and implementing care plans in accordance with regulations.
  • Complete reports and attend reviews as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role in children's residential care homes.
  • At least 1 year of experience in residential childcare.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Right to work in the UK.
