Position Overview

Churchill Estates Management is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Lodge Supervisor for our retirement community. We are looking for an individual who enjoys engaging with people and possesses a strong background in administration and customer relations. This dynamic role involves coordinating community activities and ensuring a positive living experience for our residents.

In this role, you will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for overseeing property maintenance while delivering exceptional service to residents. As the on-site representative, you will be the reliable contact for residents, fostering a friendly and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include liaising with various stakeholders, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance tasks, conducting health and safety inspections, and organizing events and activities for residents.

This position is crucial for the successful operation of the lodge and the satisfaction of its residents, making it a highly rewarding opportunity.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health and social care. A successful Lodge Supervisor is someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is committed to providing outstanding service, complemented by strong administrative skills.

Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service is essential. With a focus on enhancing the quality of life for residents, you should possess a warm and approachable demeanor, along with the ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism. You will also need to demonstrate efficiency and decisiveness in managing the safety and security of the lodge, maintaining composure under pressure. While you will engage socially with residents, you should also be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.

To effectively organize events and manage site maintenance, you should be proficient in administration and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
