About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Nine Twenty Recruitment. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in driving user-centered design and enhancing user experience within the iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement UX research processes and testing to inform design decisions
  • Recruit participants, conduct interviews, and gather insights to improve user experience
  • Create user personas based on in-depth research and data analysis
  • Work with the Design Manager to develop a standardized UX research framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development

Requirements:
