About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user experience design strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Create and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
