We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Your primary focus will be on designing and developing user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and effective. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop user experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their customers
* Work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and usability
* Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
* Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in UX design
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Portfolio of UX design work
