Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at VoucherCart Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop user experiences for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design processes.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design output.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of design solutions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of professional work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
  • Experience with design systems and their implementation.
