We are seeking a creative and strategic UX designer to join our dynamic fintech company and play a crucial role in reshaping the traditional grant market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design process to develop a user-friendly and pioneering platform within the fintech industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and the leadership team.
  • Develop interactive prototypes that challenge conventions and push the boundaries of financial technology.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) for our fintech applications.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups.
  • Prioritize user-centric design principles, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across all touchpoints.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX designer.
  • Experience in the fintech industry.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-friendly and visually compelling interfaces.
  • Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, encompassing user research, testing, and prototyping.
  • Expertise in UX design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and UI design software (including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
