Job Title: Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Aegon. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our digital products.

About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering user-centered solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
  • Conducting user research to inform design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of design thinking and human-centered design principles
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with design systems and guidelines
