Join Our Team as a UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our employees across the globe. You will work closely with designers and engineers to design and implement high-quality, scalable additions to our design system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality, scalable additions to our design system
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to raise the design bar for the organization
  • Implement and maintain processes for scaling, updating, and managing various parts of our design system
  • Provide coaching and feedback to junior designers and engineers

A Day in the Life

As a UX Designer, you will work closely with design and engineering teams on a day-to-day basis. You will independently own the strategy and creation of new components, patterns, and layouts, while collaborating with other UX designers across organizations on connecting individual features to a unified, holistic experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Expertise in Figma
  • Experience with hands-on visual design
  • Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
