Position: Team Leader for Partner Support

Location: Brockworth, Gloucestershire

Salary: Competitive at £30,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Overview: The Team Leader for Partner Support will oversee a dedicated group of Partner Support Advisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery to Onecom Partners. This role involves assisting with the provision and maintenance of the products and services offered within our portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Background in Telecommunications, Data, or Technology sectors
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to mentor and train new team members
- Highly organized and methodical in approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset

Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing support requests from Partners
- Overseeing service delivery, repairs, information requests, and inquiries
- Collaborating with suppliers, service teams, and account managers
- Assisting in the recruitment and training of Partner Support Advisors
- Conducting line management duties, including developing and motivating team members
- Supporting the Partner Operations Manager with team strategies and objectives
- Providing feedback on performance, business enhancements, and management information
- Advising on the introduction of new processes and procedures within the team
- Identifying and implementing solutions to advance departmental goals
- Serving as a point of escalation for customer interactions
- Contributing to internal projects
- Completing performance evaluations and conducting monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports
