Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery and Quality
    • Develop and implement quality performance and financial plans to enhance service delivery.
    • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient running of outpatient services.
  • Clinical Governance and Risk Management
    • Embed clinical governance and risk management practices within daily operations.
    • Conduct clinical and managerial audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead by example in providing excellent patient care and mentor junior team members.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
