Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager In Training

Location: Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager/Manager In Training to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our clinical governance and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key quality performance and financial plans & service enhancements.
  • Seek and employ innovative methods of improving service delivery in line with the 5 CQC Key lines of Enquiry, always aiming to achieve Good and Outstanding.
  • To ensure that Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.
  • Training and develop more junior team members.

About Us:

Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital is a modern, well-equipped hospital providing a range of services and treatments from outpatients and minor procedures through to inpatients and major surgical specialties. Our hospital facilities include 42 beds, 4 Theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, 16 consulting rooms, MRI, CT, General Imaging, Pathology, Physiotherapy, and an onsite Pharmacy.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the appropriate governing body.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC.
  • Excellent leadership skills and post-registration experience in care of patients, pre and post operatively, in everything from Cardiac to Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology.
