**Key Responsibilities:**

**Graduate Recruitment & Onboarding:**

• Respond to graduate recruitment inquiries and support recruitment activities such as law fairs, campus events, and assessment days.

• Manage pre-employment screening, Right To Work checks, and visa applications.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new trainees, including HR systems setup, payroll, and induction.

**Development:**

  • • Provide pastoral support and conduct regular check-ins with trainee cohorts.
  • • Manage the seat rotation process and assist with the qualification process.
