We are seeking an experienced lettings professional to join our clients highly successful firm based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to manage their own portfolio of properties from cradle to grave, overseeing the entire property lifecycle. This includes coordinating property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations. They will also be responsible for overseeing property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.

Revenue Generation and Growth

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and other revenue streams. They will identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion, work closely with the team to develop marketing plans, and attract high-quality tenants. They will also monitor rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Our ideal candidate will track and analyse portfolio performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses. They will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary. They will provide management with updates on portfolio status, challenges, and achievements.

What We Offer

We offer a basic salary of £23,000 plus commission, with an OTE of £29,000. If you have experience in property administration, property management, or a related field, we would love to hear from you.
