Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of properties, overseeing the entire property lifecycle, from initial viewings to lease renewals and property inspections. They will also be responsible for coordinating property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations, as well as overseeing property maintenance and repairs to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
Revenue Generation and Growth
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and other revenue streams, identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion, and work closely with the team to develop marketing plans and attract high-quality tenants. They will also be responsible for monitoring rental market trends and adjusting rental rates accordingly.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and analysing portfolio performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses, and identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures when necessary. They will also provide management with updates on portfolio status, challenges, and achievements.
