We are seeking an experienced lettings professional to join our clients highly successful firm in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to the growth of our property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties from initial instruction to completion, ensuring seamless property lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations to secure optimal rental income.
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high tenant satisfaction and minimizing void periods.
  • Manage lease renewals, rent increases, and property inspections to maintain a high occupancy rate.

Revenue Generation and Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and other revenue streams, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion, working closely with the team to develop marketing plans and attract high-quality tenants.
  • Monitor rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly to ensure optimal returns.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze portfolio performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates on portfolio status, challenges, and achievements to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings and property management, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties.

What We Offer:

Basic salary £23,000 plus commission OTE £29,000, plus opportunities for career growth and professional development.
