We are seeking an experienced lettings professional to join our clients highly successful firm in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties from cradle to grave, overseeing the entire property lifecycle.
  • Coordinate property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
  • Manage lease renewals, rent increases, and property inspections.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, rental regulations, and legal requirements.

Revenue Generation and Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and other revenue streams.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the team to develop marketing plans and attract high-quality tenants.
  • Monitor rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse portfolio performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Provide management with updates on portfolio status, challenges, and achievements.

Benefits:

Basic Salary £23,000 plus commission OTE £29,000
