Job Title: Project Manager Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's construction arm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quantity surveying, and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and administer contracts, including drafting and negotiating terms.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and maintain project records, including documentation, reports, and financial records.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in project management, quantity surveying, or construction administration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
