About the Role

The Fawkes & Reece London team is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the Façade Remediation project in East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  2. Key liaison with the client, ensuring regular updates and effective communication.
  3. Instruct, lead, and direct project staff with respect to construction, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Effective management and coordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards.
  5. Manage day-to-day operational duties, continually improving operations, decreasing turnaround times, and streamlining work processes.
  6. Develop and deliver progress reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  7. Build, grow, and develop business relationships for the success of the project.
  8. Provide feedback and record information from the project for 'lessons learned seminars' and for continuous staff development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in Façade Remediation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, project staff, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
