The Role

The primary role of the research associate is to support across a wide range of business activities pertaining to the delivery of retained search mandates.

  • Providing research services to facilitate execution of searches and business development activities.

  • Conducting telephone calls to executives and market sources to obtain and validate relevant information.

  • Producing well-written search reports and other collateral, predominantly for use by clients.

  • Contributing to the investigation, recommendation, introduction, and development of new research services and methodologies.



Candidate Requirements

The Research Associate role is an entry-level position and is therefore open to candidates with limited work experience as well as candidates who have worked in other industries and are keen to move into executive search.
