Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Go-Kart Mechanic to join our team at Empower Digital Limited. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our go-kart fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of go-karts
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new go-kart features
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a go-kart mechanic or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of go-kart engineering and maintenance principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
