Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our kart fleet, ensuring that all work is carried out to the required specification.
  • Develop and implement engineering procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within budget.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
