Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a team of engineers to ensure the highest level of kart maintenance and repair.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the department's budget and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and other staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the department remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the corporate or racing kart sector.
