Job Title: Race Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Race Director to join our team at Daytona Sandown Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of racing events, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of track staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Duty Manager, overseeing the Track team, Front of House team, and customers in a professional and effective manner while on duty.
  • Enforce strict but fair race management from Race Control (training will be provided).
  • Be knowledgeable about the Track Training Manual, NKA (National Karting Association) guidelines, and the Employee Handbook.
  • Assist with the induction and training of new Track staff while supporting the ongoing development of the existing team in accordance with Company and Statutory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
