Empower Digital Limited is seeking to strengthen its Engineering Team with a dedicated mechanic for our operational karting business.

As a Karting Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the comprehensive upkeep of our kart fleet, ensuring that the workshop environment is maintained in a safe and organized manner.

Your role will involve meeting operational targets and adhering to strict deadlines while reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate mechanical expertise in the karting or motorsport industry.
  • Exhibit flexibility to work evenings and weekends, in addition to regular weekdays.
  • Quickly and effectively follow instructions.
  • Maintain high motivation and collaborate well within a team setting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Ensure karts are serviced to the highest safety standards.
  • Work independently and consistently meet all performance targets.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.

Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping all maintenance documentation current and accurate, ensuring compliance with required timelines.
