About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Manager to lead our Copywriting team at END.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance, budget, and day-to-day operations of the Copywriting team.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content that is engaging, informative, and accurate, aligning with our brand tone of voice.
  • Direct the Copywriting team to manage their output and achieve targets, focusing on reducing processing time and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the Copywriting team processes, systems, and tools, including the Copywriting Style Guide.
  • Ensure team quality levels and continuous improvements that drive an exceptional customer retail experience.
  • Resource manage staff to oversee the team's plans, schedules, and priorities to efficiently achieve objectives and targets.
  • Performance manage Copy staff to create a culture that attracts, retains, and rewards people.
  • Coach and mentor Copywriters to provide support and guidance and develop skill sets.
  • Report and analyze data to drive performance and decision making.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to support team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a copywriting/content/journalism-related role.
  • Team management experience with a proven track record of driving performance in a small to mid-sized team.
  • Writing and sub-editing experience, with impeccable language and grammar skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the fashion industry and commercially aware to maximize conversion.
  • Excellent understanding and appreciation of our customer profiles.
  • Experience developing teams and processes in a controlled and efficient manner, while working to tight deadlines.
  • High commercial awareness with excellent product knowledge and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
