Buscamos un consultor de software dinámico y experimentado con un historial comprobado en el diseño, implementación y soporte de servicios de Microsoft Viva, con un enfoque específico en los módulos Engage y Pulse.

Como Consultor de Microsoft Viva, serás responsable de:

  • Colaborar con las partes interesadas para definir requisitos y adaptar los Servicios de Microsoft Viva a las necesidades organizativas.
  • Implementar los módulos de Viva Engage y Viva Pulse, asegurando una funcionalidad óptima y una experiencia de usuario satisfactoria.
  • Facilitar el inicio de sesión único y la autenticación multifactor para un acceso sin inconvenientes.
  • Asegurar la compatibilidad con Microsoft Teams y otras herramientas relevantes.
  • Optimizar la compatibilidad con dispositivos móviles para los colegas.
  • Permitir que los colegas respondan con 'me gusta' y comentarios (con la opción de desactivar esta función).
  • Proporcionar soporte post-implementación para abordar cualquier problema o mejora.

Como un Consultor de Microsoft Viva exitoso, posees:

  • Experiencia comprobada en el diseño e implementación de Servicios de Microsoft Viva, específicamente los módulos Engage y Pulse.
  • Fondo sólido en la recopilación de requisitos y definición de necesidades.
  • Habilidades de compromiso con las partes interesadas del cliente.
  • Familiaridad con los procesos de soporte post-implementación.
